Reservation Policy
At The Grid Hospitality, we’ve created an ambiance tailored for discerning adults, where sophistication meets comfort. To preserve this experience, guests under the age of 18 are kindly requested to conclude their visit by 8:00 PM and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and will be applied to your final bill. We also offer a 15-minute grace period for reservations. If you anticipate arriving later than this, kindly notify us in advance. For late arrivals beyond 45 minutes, a 5% service charge may apply.
